Who I work with

Hello, I am so glad you are here!

As a nature enthusiast, I find that the wind, birds, and trees can be generous teachers, offering extraordinary lessons about life. When we look to nature, we can marvel at the beauty of a bird’s song or the intricate details of a flower, while also witnessing the aftermath of a storm.

Life can be beautiful, but it can also be painful, uncomfortable, and overwhelming. There can be comfort in recognizing that pain and suffering are part of the shared human experience—you are not alone.

While we cannot always control the hardships we face, my hope is that through the support of the therapeutic process, you can feel more equipped and confident in navigating the “storms” that life inevitably brings.
